Public administrations face the challenge of transforming their business model in the face of the growing gap between politicians and citizens. In addition, the social context makes the public increasingly demanding when it comes to the political class and institutions.
MAS Consulting and Universidad Pontificia Comillas through the Center for Public Leadership, have created a training program aimed specifically at professionals in the local and regional Administrations. The “Government Strategy Course: Communication Management and Local and Regional Institutions” aims to explore how local and regional governments can optimize their management skills and improve their communication with society by applying principles of efficiency, accountability and transparency.
